Responsibilities

  • Seek out, engage, and onboard talented healthcare professionals for local and nationwide travel assignments, ensuring top-tier placements across the healthcare landscape. Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with healthcare professionals, serving as their dedicated advocate and primary point of contact throughout the entire recruitment journey and contract engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of nursing candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and databases. Develop a robust talent pipeline by employing diverse sourcing strategies, including tapping into job boards, harnessing the power of social media, leveraging networking opportunities and utilizing referrals and databases to find the best candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Perform comprehensive screenings, dynamic interviews and thorough reference checks to assess candidates’ qualifications and ensure they align perfectly with the specific demands of each role.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and match candidates accordingly. Partner closely with healthcare facilities to understand their unique staffing needs, ensuring the ideal match between skilled candidates and facility requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in customer service, sales, or relationship-building roles
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, staffing, or other metrics-driven environments (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Interest in or exposure to healthcare industry (healthcare recruiting experience a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn the recruitment process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruitment
  • Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms
  • Demonstrated success in achieving goals or metrics in previous roles
