At Travel Nurses, Inc., caring for people doesn’t stop at the hospital doors. As a nurse-founded healthcare staffing company, giving back to the communities we serve is part of who we are.
Throughout 2025, our team had the opportunity to partner with two Memphis-based organizations, showing up in ways that mattered and reaffirming why care, connection, and community are at the heart of everything we do.
Our first philanthropic initiative brought us right to our backyard: Memphis Animal Services, an organization whose mission resonates deeply with our own commitment to care and compassion.

Their vision says it all: “Memphis Animal Services envisions a day when no citizen’s or pet’s safety is put at risk by lack of knowledge or access to resources; and every pet is cared for, safe, and loved.”
While we serve travel nurses across the nation, Memphis is our home. We believe in strengthening the community that supports us—and that includes our four-legged neighbors.

Our second philanthropic event partnered with My Town Miracles, an organization dedicated to alleviating burdens and barriers for Memphis youth. Their mission—to come alongside families and partner organizations—struck a chord with our entire team.

Through company-wide donations, TNI sponsored a 9-year-old girl, ensuring every item on her wish list became a reality. But true magic happened during our gift-wrapping day.
Our team gathered to carefully wrap each present, and the room was filled with laughter, care, and genuine love as we prepared these gifts. Delivering everything this child wished for wasn’t just about the presents—it was about showing her that her community cares, that she matters, and that her dreams are worth celebrating.
In that moment, we weren’t recruiters or account managers or operations specialists. We were neighbors, showing up for a child who deserved to feel seen and valued.
These initiatives represent more than check-the-box charity work. They reflect who we are as a company: caregivers at heart, community builders by choice.
