The DAISY Award is an international recognition program that honors nurses for extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care. DAISY—an acronym for “Diseases Attacking the Immune System”—celebrates nurses who exemplify patient advocacy, exceptional clinical practice, teamwork and leadership.
