Jessica Cotter began her professional career with Travel Nurses, Inc. in July of 2017. She started with the company as a recruiter and has made several role changes since to be where she is at today: National Sales Director. Jessica has always been driven by leading others and has held a strong sense of empathy and determination all her life. Prior to her career, she attended the University of Memphis where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Instruction and Curriculum Leadership. Her education alongside her natural abilities have meshed for a wonderful career in healthcare where she gets to lead a team and help others! She loves working with traveling healthcare professionals and helping her team guide them to the assignments that are the best fit for them!

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys being outdoors, exercising and spending time with her family. She has a giant Weimaraner named Ollie and loves taking him on runs! She and her husband have completed the St. Jude half marathon three years in a row and did the St. Jude 10K last year. Her favorite place to be is the beach, so if she is out of office in the summer, she is probably there soaking up the sun!
