Kaitlyn Babin serves as the Director of Human Resources, joining the company in 2014. Having initially beginning her HR career in recruiting, Kaitlyn holds a profound admiration for our corporate recruiters and their pivotal role in supporting our healthcare professionals. With Travel Nurses Inc, she has transitioned from benefits to her current role as the HR director.
She’s a devoted wife to her husband, who is a nurse, and mother to three teenage boys. This personal connection adds to her compassion and dedication in supporting healthcare professionals. Alongside her human family members, Kaitlyn is also the proud owner of two rescue dogs and a cat, adding what she calls “fun chaos” to her home. Actively involved in her church and community, she finds fulfillment in volunteering. Kaitlyn's love for travel has taken her to Iceland, a trip she treasures dearly. Alongside her busy schedule, she enjoys fitness, regularly attending F45 workouts. Kaitlyn’s mission in life is to be grounded in faith and guided by integrity, inspiring others to pursue their dreams and live with purpose.
