With more than 35 years in the healthcare staffing industry, Lori Coates is our go-to person for all things recruiting. She has held several titles in her 24 years with the company. She began as a recruiter/scheduler and lead staffing coordinator, then became the scheduling manager. She progressed to be the vice president of recruitment, then became the executive vice president of staffing services. As of 2023, Lori is our chief revenue officer. Lori is passionate about taking care of her healthcare professionals and still has nurses that ask for her by name and refer to her as their recruiter. Lori played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s services from staffing nurses in the OR and the recovery room to staffing all nursing specialties.
When she’s not at work, Lori enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. She a daughter, Kassie, and two adorable Boston terriers that are her world, Lulu and Maggie. She has a twin brother and a younger sister that she gets the privilege of working with every day. Lori is a cancer survivor and understands the difficult challenges life throws at you. But she has a competitive spirit and does not like to lose a bet! Lori is affectionately called Lori Jo by staff and family members.
