Sophie DeSola was introduced to the healthcare industry when she started working for Travel Nurses, Inc. in 2021 and has never looked back. Coming from a business background and being unsure where her career was going to end up, she was pleasantly surprised to find her niche working in healthcare. Before coming to TNI, Sophie worked on the marketing team for a commercial construction equipment company. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in finance and minor in marketing. Sophie knew she wanted to work in a fast-paced sales driven environment, and her years at TNI have been just that.

Sophie has been on our sales team throughout her entire time at TNI. She was hired in April of 2021 as an Account Manager Liaison, became the Lead Account Manager Liaison, and now is the full time Account Manager for our recruiters, and sales team. She has really enjoyed her work getting clinicians submitted to positions and communicating with our clients and facilities daily.

Sophie’s favorite hobbies when she is not at work are running, cooking, and all things outside! Being from Saint Simons Island, Georgia on the coast, she appreciates being near the water and the warm weather.
