She originally started as a compensation specialist, and then made the transition to recruiting in January 2024. As a compensation specialist, she was the go-to person for recruiters when looking for jobs for clinicians. This role gave her an in-depth understanding of the competitive nature of the market and has equipped her to quickly find and quote jobs so that her candidates are one of the first submitted. Her years of industry knowledge is a huge asset as she transitioned into recruitment, and she is eager to help you find your dream job.
