Zach Johnson has been recruiting for Travel Nurses, Inc. since 2017, but he stumbled into this position. He was originally going to be a bonds broker and was studying for his series 7 exam, when he changed his mind and dove into the world of recruiting. Over the years, Zach has come to see that change is inevitable in this industry, but being with an agency with staying power helps give travelers a sense of consistency and stability in a market that can be unpredictable.

For Zach, the most rewarding part of recruiting is feeling like he has an indirect impact on patient outcomes with the travelers we staff. He has seen our healthcare professionals care for people close to him and knows just how important you are and the differences you can make in people’s lives. Hospitals will always need you, and he feels he has a responsibility to care for you as a traveler so that you can show up and be your best self while caring for your patients. He’s excited to begin managing our PRN staffing team in addition to recruiting. He would be honored to be your recruiter!
