• Have a process in place for soliciting feedback from job seekers and placed talent either through an applicant tracking system (ATS) integration or regular, weekly cadence.
• All recruiters from the agency are being reviewed on the platform
• The agency’s Great Recruiter’s rating is a 4.6 or higher from the past 12 months
• A minimum of 35 percent of the organization’s recruiters are Great Recruiters certified
• Have a public Great Recruiters company profile enabled that is references and linked from their agency homepage.
• The agency includes Great Recruiters review links in recruiters’ email signatures, allowing an open door for feedback.
