What you need to become Submittal Ready

What does it mean to be submittal ready?

Submittal ready means that we have everything we need to submit you to a contract. You will send all the required documents to your recruiter or upload them in our new Nurse Portal App. They will assign a skills checklist based on your specialty and contact your references. After these steps, you will be ready to be submitted to our contracts!

Why should you become submittal ready?

If you are submittal ready, you can quickly and easily be submitted to our jobs, increasing your likelihood of securing the contract. In this market, every minute is crucial, as some jobs are closing within hours of opening. By being submittal ready, your recruiter can quickly submit you to openings before they go on hold for maximum submissions. This will increase your chances of securing that perfect job for you.

What do we need from you to become submittal ready?

  1. Updated Resume- with most recent employer added. Need additional assistance with creating the perfect resume? Find out how here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CmcSWIToIXr/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

  5. Skills Checklist- this will be assigned to you by your recruiter and can be located in our new Nurse Portal App.
  6. SSN – you may upload a copy of your social security card to our new Nurse Portal, or you can complete the HCP verifying form located under the HR documents tab in the portal.
  7. Drivers License- Upload a copy to our new Nurse Portal

How long does it take to become submittal ready?

It could take as few as a couple of hours. Once we have all the required documents, your recruiter will contact your references and assign the skills checklist. If you quickly complete the skills checklist and your references get back to us in a timely manner, the process won’t take long. It is always a good idea to tell your references that we will contact them, so they will know to be on the lookout for a message from your recruiter.

From the time of submission, how long does it take to start a contract?

The average length of time it takes from the time of submission to the start of a contract is 3-5 weeks. This time frame can vary depending on how quickly the facility needs you to start. So, the process could be as short as 2 weeks. Some facilities know their needs in advance. So they will post the position a couple of months before the projected start date. It is important to stay in contact with your recruiter, as there may be time-sensitive documents that you must complete promptly to prevent your start date from being delayed until the following week. Keep open communication with your recruiter. This will allow them to know exactly what you are looking for in your next contract including when you are available to start.
