Generous Referral BonusesOur referral program has been a cornerstone of our success, rewarding those who help us find exceptional talent. In 2024, we distributed $25,000 in referral bonuses.
We offer $500 for RN referrals and $250 for allied health referrals. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make. This generous bonus program encourages our community to refer the healthcare professionals they admire and trust.
This year, we made significant strides in staffing more allied health professionals. We achieved an impressive registered nurse to allied health ratio of 15:8. This diversification ensures we can meet the growing demands of the healthcare industry, providing comprehensive care solutions. Our focus on expanding allied health staffing allows us to offer a wider range of services and expertise to healthcare facilities.
This year, Travel Nurses, Inc. expanded its offerings by introducing permanent placement services. This addition means that, alongside our contract and PRN roles, we now provide long-term job opportunities for healthcare professionals seeking stability and continuity in their careers.
This service is designed to help both job seekers and healthcare facilities find reliable, lasting matches. You can easily access all of our available permanent positions, just like our other job opportunities, through the Jobs tab on our website. This year, 32% of the healthcare professionals we staffed were new to the company. Of those new to the company, 9% trusted us to embark on their first travel assignments. The new travelers bring diverse perspectives and skills, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality care. Following the launch of our app on the Apple Store and Google Play in 2023, 2024 saw a remarkable 68% increase in downloads, with over 2,200 new users. Each quarter we award one healthcare professional based on nominations from our recruiters.
